Leduan Fernandez and Synthesis power, are under a federal investigation by the Florida DA and Economics crimes bureau, for Mail fraud and theft to Magnum Teknologies Corp. Please be advised to discontinue all negotiations with the mentioned parties. They are also under a non-compete non-disclosure agreement that may implicate anyone knowingly conducting a competitive negotiation with the mentioned parties.

Magnum wins 3000 inverter bid in the DR
Magnum wins 3000 inverter bid in the Dominican Republic. Units consist of a 1.5 kw inverter at 12VDC for rual housing back-up power. the systems will be installed in four stages 750 units per stage in a 90 day period per stage. The units will be an OEM Trace DR1512 with our M-245.

MAGNUM EXECUTES EMBARGO AGAINST INGEC
Last Sunday the Supreme court in the Dom. Rep. grants Magnum the rights to complete a material embargo against all assets belonging to Eladio Castillo and the Company INGEC, also condemning the same to Prison at Victoria Prison in the DR. Yesterday Magnum executed the embargo against the company INGEC that resulted in the closing of the company, and bank accounts were also seized. This embargo did not suffice the amount owed by the mentioned parties so Magnum will continue the proceed with other Embargos against the mentioned parties. At present Eladio Castillo has been declared a fugitive and anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact the authorities or Magnum technologies at 305-388-2989

Un experto en sistema de energía alternativa en el mercado mundial dijo ayer que el desarrollo de este tipo de electricidad en el país está frenado porque el Gobierno no ha mostrado interés en este proyecto.
Tony Bombino, presidente de la empresa Mágnum Teknologies, explicó que a pesar de la necesidad que tiene RD de producir una energía barata y limpia las autoridades no se integran en este proyecto como lo han hecho los gobiernos de Centroamérica, que han dotado de paneles solares a las familias de escasos recursos.
También expresó que hace falta que se apruebe la ley de incentivo al desarrollo de energía renovable a fin de que se aplique tasa cero a todos los insumos que se utilizan para instalar los diferentes sistemas.
Hasta ahora sólo los paneles solares están exentos de impuestos. Bambino hizo hincapié en la necesidad que existe en el país de educar a los consumidores sobre las posibilidades que existen para producir electricidad a bajo costo.
”Debe implementar tasa cero a todo se utiliza para la energía limpia para que pueda bajar el consumo de la energía tradicional„, refirió Bombino.
Aclaró que la energía alternativa producida con molinos de viento y paneles solares no es costosa, pero que debido a la falta de conocimiento los precios en este mercado están distorsionados. Indicó que los costos de los sistemas, dependiendo el tamaño, oscilan entre US$2,000 a un millón y medio de dólares.
”El Gobierno, por lo menos, debe interesarse en que el costo de los sistemas sean más bajos„, agregó el especialista en esta materia.
Seminario para clientes y empresas
La compañía americana realizó en el país un seminario sobre energía renovable dirigido a sus clientes y empresararios a fin de dar a conocer la importancia que tiene este tipo de electricidad. Mágnum Power Generation tiene 18 años en el mercado mundial y son los antiguos dueños de la fábrica Trace.

Magnum Comenses manufacturing inverters
Magnum starts offshore manufacturing of their MT line. The Line will consist of 1.5, 2.4, 3.6, 4.0, and 5.5 Kw modified sine wave inververter chargers with controlled by microprocessor and 5 stage battery chargers. This new line will consist of modified and pure sine-wave inverters to penetrate the RV/Marine, and back-up power markets, but at an 40% reduction in sale price from the Trace inverters.

federal case started
Magnum has initiated the civil case against the ex GM of Magnum Teknologies corp. We have recently initiated a Federal lawsuit through the State attorneys office and the FBI also; We are perusing damages for theft and mail/wire fraud. Anyone supplying or purchasing from Leduan Fernandez or Synthesis Power may be implicated. The Civil hearing to move for an immediate injunction was accepted by the courts and is scheduled for the end of Jan.
All Items and monies will be seized. The charges are for Theft, Mail and wire fraud, violation of contract, violation of employee duties, etc.
We suggest the you refrain from any business relations with the parties mentioned to avoid and future losses

Leduan Fernandez and Tony Simon have been terminated For theft, falsifing ck's and breach of a non-compete / non disclosure agreement. Magnum Has executed an injunction and an embargo removing all inventory and goods belonging to Magnum. Magnum would like to worn customers from conducting business with these people and Synthesis Power because bank accounts will be frozen and all items will be siezed shortly.

Magnum starts manufacturing inverters
After extensive R&D Magnum starts manufacturing it's first High frequency units with never seen SST (soft start technology). Models will rage from 75 watts up-to 5000 watts. The initial units will be released Feb 1st as inverter only; by March 1st all models will be availible with auto transfer, battery charger and either modified or pure sine wave model. Our inverters will all be ETL approved with a 6 MS transfer, 300% surge capacity and a 30 month warranty at a cost to compete in any market.
